How To Visualize The Life That You Desire
I study a lot of different people to know how they got where they are; I want to know what is their practice, and the one common denominator is that they visualized themselves as who they are now. I too practice a visualization meditation, but I recently learned how to deliberately focus on what I specifically want. Today I am sharing with you how to trust and meditate with the certainty and the belief that you will get want you to desire.
Remember this; our beliefs drive our action, what do you believe about yourself? Are you weak? Strong? Creative? What are your opinions about yourself? Be honest and dig deep. Your goal is to find a feeling that will attract what you want.
To practice visualization, you want to get involved with the feeling. When you feel something deep inside, you will be driven to take the right actions. That’s when the magic starts to happen. You are looking for that inspired action that allows you to know that you are heading in the right direction to work towards your desired goal. Below you will find a simple yet powerful meditation visualization practice to get you started.
Daily Visualization Practice
1. Decide what you want to visualize
2. Find a comfortable place to sit
3. Close your eyes and take deep breaths countdown 10 seconds.
4. Find the feeling that you feel with your desire, do you feel confident, happy, love, generous, freedom, whatever the feeling is, feel it!
5. Visualize yourself doing what you desire and feel it.
Do this practice daily for about 10-15 minutes - it will change your life.
After your meditation surrender and let go and go about your day. You must trust and allow the manifestation to take place. Instead of speaking about your problems start talking about your possibilities instead of your issues. Remember that we vibrate energy, and words are energy, do not fall into the trap of speaking your way out of real manifestation. Raise your power to attract all of your possibilities.
