“Music is the mediator between the spiritual and the sensual life.” Ludwig Van Beethoven
Music is a language that we all understand. Today's treasure is about how the music heals our mind, body, and soul. Music can instantly put you in a good mood. If you sit silently you can hear nature's music, for example, the birds, crickets, and frogs provide us with beautiful music. Sit and listen.
I have this example very close to my heart. My niece runs Spectrum Dance Therapy; Arts For Autism. It is a profound way to give therapy to children that are on the Spectrum. I asked her to tell us in her own words how the music helps the children, (“To give children with Autism the gift of dance and music it helps them with sensory integration, and behavior challenges. Through my classes, we can provide a setting where they can interact socially. Through dance and music therapy we seek to ignite the light within our children with Autism by getting them to express themselves through the arts.” -Audrey Lynn Amadeo) That is the power and the beauty of the music playing.
Below I separated the three sections how music impacts our lives, in our minds, body, and soul.
By processing our feelings to unite our true nature, see how music can help you with your life.
In our minds, we have a music memory template, that is how we recall past events when we hear a particular song playing. Studies have shown improvement in behavior in dementia and Alzheimer's patients while having music therapy. The way of applying a type of memory encoding to the song reliving of a past moment good or bad. “Music reaches parts of the brain that other things can’t,” explains neuropsychologist Catherine Loveday of the University of Westminster. “It stimulates the brain in a very powerful way, because of our emotional connection with it.”

The universe responds to our inner feelings, and with our soul's positive emotions, the world dances with us with a rhythm of love.
